Welcome
The Freethinker's Epiphany
The Freethinker's Epiphany narrates the evolution of my writing from the amateur, initial endeavors at thirteen to the anxious introspection of young adulthood.
The name comes from Khushwant Singh's collection of hymns from beliefs around the world, "The Freethinker's Prayer Book." In the recesses of the pandemic, when I first discovered atheism, an uncle took the initiative to instill some semblance of faith in the only way he knew how: through a book.
Rest assured, the gimmick did not reverse my self proclaimed atheism, but it did introduce me to philosophy.
Through this personal archive of poetry, stories and introspective musings, I want to preserve this period of change for an older, more mature version of myself to be ashamed of.
